After you’ve submitted a claim with us, we’ll do our best to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
You can track your claim’s progress along the way with us or with the repairer, depending on what stage it’s at.

- We’ll review your claim as quickly as possible and will be in touch with you. If you don’t hear from us within 2 working days, please let us know
Assessment Process - who to contact: Us
- Understanding the assessment process
- Once your vehicle has been assessed, we’ll send you a text to let you know the next steps. If it’s been more than a couple of days and you haven’t heard from us, please get in touch and confirm that we have your mobile number recorded correctly.
Repair Process - who to contact: Repairer
- Once you’ve booked your car in with the repairer, it’s best to contact the repairer directly for an update. Remember to keep in mind that repair times can vary and timeframes can be increased if parts need to be ordered for the repair, so your repair job may not always be the same timeframe that was estimated during the assessment.
- Once your repair is complete, you may be required to pay an excess or any other contributions required to the repairer E.g. some of the cost towards replacement tyres.
- If you have any issues with the repair, let the repairer know first. If it can’t be resolved then let us know.
