Need to renew your certification or take a new class? The American Red Cross offers a wide variety of classes that meet the needs of the general public, workplaces, schools and organizations
Your certificates—CPR, BLS, AED, First Aid, ALS/PALS, BBP, Lifeguarding, Babysitting and Child Care—can also be accessed by logging into your Red Cross Learning Center account, selecting ‘My Certifications’ in the site navigation and selecting ‘Link to the Certificate’ to view, print, download, or share your certificate.
Or open the Red Cross First Aid App, select 'Profile' and sign into your Red Cross Learning Center account to view your certificates
If you took the class in the past three years, you should be able to find a digital certificate using one of the above methods. You will then have the option to view and print, download, or order a wallet card. (When ordering a wallet card, make sure the certificate hasn't expired before placing the order, as shipping and handling fees will apply.)
All Red Cross course certificates, including BLS cards, are accessible anytime, anywhere through your Red Cross Account. Digital certificates for any type of training can be viewed, printed or shared via the same methods mentioned above.
Each type of certification includes a unique ID and a QR code that shows you meet certain requirements and allows employers to easily confirm your certificate is valid. There's no need to carry your printed certificate around anymore, although you can order a wallet card if you choose. Should you require the link to your digital certificate, or a printed certificate sent from the American Red Cross, contact us at 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) and select prompt ‘3’ for Training and Certifications. A $7.95 shipping and handling fee is charged for each printed certificate request.
